Refund Policy. 100% refund may be issued within the first 24 hours from purchase. After the first 24 hours, there are no refunds for any reason whatsoever. 

Confidentiality. During the course of this Agreement, it may be necessary for the Company to share proprietary information, including trade secrets, industry knowledge, schemes, process, trade secrets, intellectual property, financial data, business plans and other confidential information whether written or oral (“Confidential Information”), with the Client in order for Client to complete the Services. The Client will not share any of this Confidential Information at any time. The Client also will not use any of this Confidential Information for the Client’s personal benefit at any time. This section remains in full force and effect even after termination of the Agreement by its natural termination or early termination by either Party.

Jurisdiction hereunder shall be in the State of Florida and any disputes shall be adjudicated in the courts thereof.

Limitation of Liability. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE TO CLIENT OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY PART OF THIS AGREEMENT SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF REVENUE OR ANTICIPATED PROFIT OR LOST BUSINESS, COSTS OF DELAY OR FAILURE OF DELIVERY.
